Our story

Started because owners were tired of software that never got used.

Ndakum Consulting Services was founded on a simple idea: technology only matters if people actually use it. After years of watching promising IT projects launch and quietly get abandoned, we built a firm that measures success the way our clients do — in calls answered, hours saved, and systems that stay secure.

Today we work with owner-operators, healthcare groups, and financial services firms across North Carolina and beyond, building AI, cloud, and security systems alongside hands-on implementation.
